Frequently asked questions
We support payments in USD, CAD, and EUR. If your card uses a different currency, you'll be charged in USD, CAD, or EUR based on the site you're on. Your bank will handle the conversion rate.
After placing your order, you'll get a confirmation email to track its status. Once shipped, we'll send another email with the expected delivery date and a tracking link (if available). You can also check your order status in the 'order history' section of your account page.
We currently ship within the United States and worldwide.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.

You can select fast shipping after having entered your delivery location.
To add a new FAQ follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Add a new question & answer
3. Assign your FAQ to a category
4. Save and publish.
You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Yes. To add media follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one
3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon
4. Add media from your library and save.
You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
